Pulse of Federals is developed by Federal Bank Ltd. for its employees. This Application acts as an interface for the employees to access Fed-e-HRM in the user’s mobile device in an ease and portable mode.
This is designed to drive the best employee engagement experience and to act as an access to important updates, reach out to the internal communications and a place to access collaboration and communication tools as well. The App also intends to help building a stronger brand by celebrating the Federal culture and upholding the values and ethos for which the institution stands for. Whether working from office or while at home, the App helps to stay connected, brings in the pride and privilege of rewards and recognitions and Power Up the team to Lead Support and Excel!
The Mobile application has an integrated menu – Fed-e-HRM which allows specified users to sign up to the mobile face of Bank’ HRMS platform. Sign up will be permitted after validating a combination of employee specific parameters along with an OTP validation in the pre-registered mobile number of the employee. The core functions in the HRMS modules of this application includes:
· Leave Register: Employees can view his consolidated attendance history.
· Absence Request: Employee can apply leave requests through the app.
· Work From Anywhere Requests: Employee can submit their work from anywhere request here.
· Medical certificate upload for Sick Leave is made possible on sick grounds; the user can either upload an existing PDF file from the local storage/external storage of the mobile phone or the app can open the camera and capture a real-time image to upload.
· Remote attendance marking: Daily attendance can be marked remotely, and app will capture the geo-tagging location of the employee to verify.
· Employees can apply for travel expenses reimbursement, Staff Loans, and ID Card in this application. Employee can export the PDF format of the ID Card and download the soft copy to his local storage/external storage in PDF format.
· Pay slips and Form-16: Employees can view their pay slips & Form 16 documents and can download and retain them in their local storage/external storage in PDF format.
· Employees can access the Service History, Nominee Details & Dependant Information.
· Biometric Login, OTP validation, Audio playback, Text Chat, Push Notifications, Travel Expenses Reimbursements, Staff Loans etc are other features enabled in the app for the employee engagement activities.
