Can't stand this app. I'm on the technician side. Way to busy app. Not user friendly at all. To many notifications. I dont need to see or hear every notification for a single item or items that have nothing to do with me. A work order for every item at a single location is ridiculous. I'm spending more time just dealing with this app. It creates more work rather than simplifying the process. I would not recommend this to anyone.

An Endless loading, took forever to upload photos, no matter if you are using WIFI or LTE.

The app isn't super intuitive but once you get used to it, it works fine. Like when you attach a picture if don't click "next" and click the back arrow the pic won't register. Def could be more user friendly and streamlined. I would give 5 stars if there was a dark mode
