As a service tech, I don't experience many issues with this app. I would suggest adding a second "signature" screen so customers can print their name. Additionally, it'd be great to have the option to see active status on work orders (such as en route and working) on the notification bar. I often forget to pause work orders but I'll always see notifications.

Forced Log out....It is a real issue and Intuit is silent. Cannot trust this app. Once it does the forced lock out....it can be hell to correct. It must be related to auto login and resources it has access to in Android. Something in Android is not clearing when you delete and reload. Intuit needs a work around that gives the user a way to override and allow the user to logout. If I can send feedback and close the app....I need a way to force a log out. Error says logged out but it is not

DON'T build your business around this service. We chose it because of the Intuit branding, but it seems to be just a rebranded older version of Corrigo's work order management software that's still stuck in 2012. When Intuit makes changes to their API, the service isn't updated until a day or two AFTER something breaks. There are broken links in the web app that have never been fixed after JLL acquired Corrio in 2015. The support agents are polite, but don't seem familiar with the product.
