Ratings and reviews

When initially trying to log into this new app, I tried to click on the Privacy Policy link and it is invalid. It goes to google and stops. It will not pull up so I can actually read through it. That's problematic and scary. What are they trying to hide? It's also not a good sign to see so many other bad reviews. Big mistake changing our resident portal Cortland!

This new Cortland app on my Android phone does not display the full screen. Especially in the rent payment screen the bottom part is blocked by the navigation bar where it is nearly impossible to click on the "send payment" button. It won't scroll down far enough, only shows a small sliver of the green pay button. Other screens are the same, unable to see or read whatever is at the bottom of the screen because unable to scroll down more! Also no more community chat now so can't post to others.

Forcing residents to transition to an app is really uncalled for. Especially when there was little to no warning of such changes. The website was working well and allowed for much easier viewing of items and payments. Apps don't really have this capability. I am very unhappy with this change overall. Website >>> App
