Since this new version came along last yr, scheduled payments come out within a couple of hrs, regardless of what future date you select. It actually cancels your scheduled payment to look like you did it and posts the payment when the confirmation email is sent, which is now always about 3 or 4 hrs after you schedule the payment. We used to get them within minutes. Processing a future scheduled payment could be bad for someone who doesn't have the money on that day. This should be fixed.

This new Cortland app on my Android phone does not display the full screen. Especially in the rent payment screen the bottom part is blocked by the navigation bar where it is nearly impossible to click on the "send payment" button. It won't scroll down far enough, only shows a small sliver of the green pay button. Other screens are the same, unable to see or read whatever is at the bottom of the screen because unable to scroll down more! Also no more community chat now so can't post to others.

Forcing residents to transition to an app is really uncalled for. Especially when there was little to no warning of such changes. The website was working well and allowed for much easier viewing of items and payments. Apps don't really have this capability. I am very unhappy with this change overall. Website >>> App
