How it Works

Attention
Your phone may not compatible with Accupedo. Some phones do not support the G-sensor in sleep (Standby, when screen is OFF) mode by those phone manufacturers. This is not a defect of this app. 

Notes
• In the History window, press down on the screen to edit daily step counts or activities.
• It performs best when the phone is on your waist belt.
• Step count may not be accurate if you put your phone in loose fit pants due to the random movement your phone makes in the pocket.
• The sensitivity of a phone can be different from others. So, choose a sensitivity level that works best for your phone.

Ratings and reviews

This is a great app! It provides a lot of info besides steps taken - calories burned, your speed, time spent, distance covered, a daily graph and monthly calendar so you can track your progression. It has a pause feature so if you're traveling it won't count 'phantom' steps yet allows you to edit your steps in case you forget to turn pause off/on. It is quick and easy to set up and use. There are a couple of ads but it's not annoying enough to take away from what you get out of the app.

Crashes regularly (upon every Android update? Other update issues?) Can't you guys get this right?? Don't you test?? I stopped using your Accupedo regular app (and its beta follow-up) because of constant crashing. This version isn't much better. I have to pause, restart, and force-quit every couple of weeks (or less). 😠

Not accurate at all. I only installed the app as I needed a pedometer that would sync with MyFitnessPal. I do the same walk most days and the 3 times I've walked it using this app it has given me three drastically different results 9k, 5k and 458 steps. My phone has an inbuilt pedometer that is very accurate and consistent and not once have the accupedo+ results matched or come anywhere near the inbuilt one. Today I walked a fair bit, inbuilt pedometer said 8k steps, this app say 320 steps??
