If there was an option for zero stars that's what I'd put. I've been trying to create a profile for the past 3 days and it says unable to connect to server or try again later. I get up to the point of creating a password, it recognizes if you've put in to few characters, or no capital Letter ect. But will not advance past that point without an ERROR MESSAGE. This needs fixed, why have an app that so many people complain about and not fix it?

This app is BS, I had it for 2 months, then one day I go to log in and it says...unable to connect to server. I've wiped it out of my phone and downloaded it again several times and it continues to say the same thing. It's been well over a month and I've tried again, just to have it say the same thing. There is NO support line to call and I need proof of payments??? This is BS!

What is the new app? Unable to access as if today. No updates either. On top if this app always having issues open, now it won't open at all when my case is suddenly having payment issues, go figure. If I could give this a zero star review like the others, I would. Worthless!
