Cosmofeed is a terrible app, especially if you are running a business for the first time. Whatever you do, do not create an account here. First, they ask you to buy a ₹90 plan to activate your account, but once you make that payment, they start deducting ₹499 from your account every month automatically without any notification. On top of that, their customer service is beyond pathetic."👎🏻👎🏻

Cosmofeed app is honestly becoming ridiculous. My instructor uploaded all the videos on time, so it’s definitely not their fault - but the app itself keeps buffering nonstop. On top of that, the course structure has been changed without any proper notice. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for a course and then struggle just to access the content because of the platform’s issues. Cosmofeed really needs to fix their app and maintain consistency.

Even though I am selling my own original content, my account has still been put on hold. The app’s team should have checked everything properly before putting my account on hold. The team is doing a very careless and unprofessional job.
