About this app

Take a few photos of the job and get a price before you leave the driveway. CostSnap works out the labor and materials for your area, you fix whatever needs fixing, and the quote goes out with your logo on it.

You can start from photos, a quick video walkthrough, a voice note or a PDF plan. On an iPhone with LiDAR you can scan the room. On other phones there's an AR tape measure.

Before it prices anything, CostSnap asks you a few questions and shows you what it picked up from the photos, so nothing gets guessed. It uses your own labor rates, materials and markup from your price book, and it learns how you like to price over time.

Quotes show the total up top. You can give the customer a couple of options to pick from and send it by text, email or whatever app you use.

After the quote, jobs move through stages and each one shows what to do next. Customers can send you photos and room measurements through your client link. New requests and calls go into Leads. In the US and Canada you get your own local CostSnap number, and if you miss a call it's answered and written up for you. There's also a place to keep track of warranty work.

Prices are in your local currency and based on your postal code. The app works in English, French and Spanish.

Unlimited is $99 a month or $949.99 a year, and you can try it free for 7 days. No limits on estimates, quotes or clients.

You can now start an estimate from photos, video, a voice note, plans or a room scan, and see what the app picked up before it prices the job. Quotes can include options for your customer. Jobs are organized by stage, and in the US and Canada you get your own local number.
