Ratings and reviews

English language version of Coupang Eats is great to use, with a relatively intuitive UI interface. It opened entire new eating options for lunch during work and when short on time for dinner. Loses a star because I think setting up (including linking your payment options) would be difficult if you didn't speak Korean or have a native Korean speaker to help you. Also, English translation of menus is not complete across all listings.

Foreigner friendly app - accepts international cards👍🏻 Only drawback is - In the Shopping Cart there is no photos/english names of items. So if I want to remove something from Cart - its quite hassle.😑 It would be nice to if photos 📸 and names of items are there in Cart when buying.💸

I order a pizza and I called the customer service he told me dont trust the pictures you saw in a menu and dont trust the choices I saw in a menu.. now how to order if im not using the menu??? they said Dont trust???? and he said lots of foreigners using a different kinds of accounts to buy and order in coupang.... bcz they can find my account when he told me too go to chat room...
