I registered with my phone number and tried to sign in and was shown the error that my account was not allowed. I reinstalled the app, tried to sign in with a password (that process took 12 steps because it wouldn't even allow me to MAKE a password at first. I keep getting the same error both on my phone and computer. can't contact customer support because you have to sign in, first! Korean productivity at its finest.

I use the app a lot and love it. The exception is that practically every item with the 로켓배송 comes in it's own box. It's not bad when it's 1-2 items but if you are ordering a lot because you cant go out or are moving and need to restock, it's annoying. Also, a lot of scams with no repercussions to the scam vendors. Items with English names are always significantly more expensive than if you search for the same thing in Korean. Also, not very foreigner friendly. If you know a basic amount of Korean and are willing to put in the time to translate stuff, it's fine and navigable. But for more specific things, even with translating, no English makes things difficult.

It takes 4 days for yogurt delivery... and there's no easy way to cancel the order. Placing the order only takes a swipe, but you have to call the vendor for any cancelations even if its not even close to being shipped. The App keeps spamming to join rocket and has poor security. This is so far behind Amazon. Not a happy customer.
