Ratings and reviews

English language version of Coupang Eats is great to use, with a relatively intuitive UI interface. It opened entire new eating options for lunch during work and when short on time for dinner. Loses a star because I think setting up (including linking your payment options) would be difficult if you didn't speak Korean or have a native Korean speaker to help you. Also, English translation of menus is not complete across all listings.

계속 일시적인 문제가 있다고 말하며 나중에 다시 시도해 보라고 하는데요, 벌써 몇 시간이나 지났어요. 그냥 내 빌어먹을 도넛을 주문하고 싶다고요. 내 와이파이가 완벽하게 작동하는데도 데이터를 요구하고. 그리고 혹시나 몰라서 은행에 확인까지 해봤는데, 제 쪽에서는 아무 문제 없다고 하네요. They keep saying there's a temporary issue and tells me to try again later, but it's already been several hours. I just want to order my damn donuts. Even though my Wi-Fi is working perfectly, it ask for data. And I even checked with the bank just in case, and there are no problem on my end.

drivers apparently dont know how to read or look at a map because theyre are constantly going to the wrong location. which means it takes 2 hours until they get it right sometimes. And all you get is 3000krw compensation. i wish i could be paid to be a complete moron
