I didn't like the band because once when its battery was low it switched off. After Charging it I saw everything was reset. Then I used the app to connect it. It was not connecting so i have to reinstall the app. When I connected it The phone was showing "Your band was not recognized" There was no other way to connect it. EDIT: Now it finally works . Thank you

I've been using this band for almost 2 years now without any trouble. The update that came out on 1st week of April is killing the overall experience. The app is now pathetic and very slow in responding to touch. I have to uninstall and reinstalled the app each time. And for about 2 or 3 uses it behaves well and starts giving problems again (slow response and crashing automatically) there is no error screenshot that I can share with customer care. So, I've decided to stop using this band.

Very bad experience. It worked well for 3 months or so. Then one day I had my band's battery low. By the time I got it charged the app showed no working. ' rush has stopped working' was the only thing that showed up inmy phone. I switched the app to another phone now..where the band is not able to connect. Every time it shows an error in correcting. I request the team to correct it as soon as possible.
