I was really excited to upgrade to the new Cove Connect system, but the app and the control panel have been way too buggy for the excitement to last. When I go to review the camera the screen is often black and I have to make multiple attempts to view. This is frustrating because when I get notifications (which is hit and miss) I want to see who is at the door in real time. 3 Stars is generous.

The integration with the Eufy Doorbell is not very good. Cannot adjust timezone, do not get notifications when camera is triggered, history playback is clunky. The disarm system through the app does not work. I thought I had disarmed the system through the app, the app showed disarmed, I opened a door and triggered the alarm. When I went to the panel the system still showed armed.

Rating just the app itself, and it is terrible on android. I can almost never get videos to load from my doorbell or indoor camera. The lag between a doorbell ring and the camera means the voice feature on the doorbell is completely useless. Also, you have to realize that this is a monitoring company using someone elses products, so I don't expect it will get better anytime soon.
