I was really excited to upgrade to the new Cove Connect system, but the app and the control panel have been way too buggy for the excitement to last. When I go to review the camera the screen is often black and I have to make multiple attempts to view. This is frustrating because when I get notifications (which is hit and miss) I want to see who is at the door in real time. 3 Stars is generous.

Rating just the app itself, and it is terrible on android. I can almost never get videos to load from my doorbell or indoor camera. The lag between a doorbell ring and the camera means the voice feature on the doorbell is completely useless. Also, you have to realize that this is a monitoring company using someone elses products, so I don't expect it will get better anytime soon.

this app does not function as advertised. it crashes, it freezes. it does not save your settings. maybe 10% of the time you can view your previous video history. I have never gotten a live doorbell feed to work. you would be better off burning your money in front of you instead of buying this system because at least then you wouldnt have to talk to their horrid call centers.
