I can no longer add items to our delivery. Every single time, it goes to the point of saying click her to add to delivery, and it doesn't do anything when I tap it. Every 2 weeks I have to contact support to adjust our order. If this isn't fixed, I will have to look at alternative services as I'm getting tired of having to contact support and wait to hear back if they added to my order

pretty annoying and cumbersome app overall. you wont get notified of changes and then sometimes they become permanent. we werent getting our arrowhead bottle in our order for like 3 weeks, just went in and saw the app removed them from our recurring order. Also calling customer service is a nightmare. if you're signing up because you're a costco shopper and the convenience is nice, don't fall for the bait you can find a better service elsewhere

the most lousy app ive ever used! No way to get in contact with anyone at the company for issues! It has biometric capability, but I have to log in every time because it doesnt work! You all need to add a way customers can prepay ahead of time, kind of like having a prepaid account with you and we can just add money whenever and have our orders deducted from the prepaid account.
