App doesn't launch. It used to work and now, even after several updates, it doesn't work. I know at one point somehow I had two versions of the app so I uninstalled both of them and reinstalled the latest version, and since then it hasn't launched for me. This app (and service in general) used to be better by providing a window for drop off. Now it's anytime 7am on. I wish the window was still an option.

Terrible. They had me make 2 accounts, and after I called to cancel one, I found out it was never canceled and they are still charging me. They also keep changing my delivery dates, inconsistently. Not to mention, I have auto pay on and but was charged a "partial payment." They then added a $20 late fee. Furthermore, after the upgrade, my app doesn't open anymore.

Terrible app. I have mine set up for every 8 weeks but somehow after delivery, all my future deliveries get push up to 3-4 weeks after the most recent delivery. I would need to manually change it every time. What's the point of setting it automatically every 8 weeks then if your system can't seem to count to 8?? Also, it's very glitchy, I haven't been able to open this app in over a week now.
