This Mobile Application is currently meant for CoWIN Facility level users to perform following tasks as Vaccinator , Supervisors and Surveyors.

1) Beneficiary Registration: Based on identified priority group by Government of India, Beneficiary can be registered on the Application.

2) Beneficiary Verification: Beneficiary's relevant details can be captured in encrypted form which can be utilised to ensure that vaccine is administered to relevant Beneficiary. This is applicable at the time of registration as well as vaccination.

3) Aadhaar Authentication: To ensure de-duplication , Beneficiary's Aadhaar authentication can be done from the application in the form of OTP and Demographic Authentication. This is applicable at the time of registration or at the time of validation.

4) Vaccination Status: Based on dose schedule, vaccination status of Beneficiary can be updated from not vaccinated to partially vaccinated and partially vaccinated to vaccination completion.

5) Reporting of Adverse Event following Immunization:

AEFI - Adverse Event following Immunization can be reported from the application.

Fed up trying to login. It doesn't even ask if we are an existing user or a new user. I wonder why there's an option to "login with OTP" if it doesn't even work. Requested OTP like 100 times and not even received a single one to my mobile number. I can't imagine the trouble I need to go through registering, booking slots and proceeding further in this disastrous app.

Absolutely useless app. Google should take down is app, this is misleading. Over the last 2-3 months, I have tried to open in several ways, but it would never open. Firstly, you never get the OTP. Even if you get it sometimes by mistake, it would throw some other error. Now it is asking to upgrade, but there is no option to upgrade in Play Store.... And without upgrade the app won't allow to proceed further.

Hello!! Knock. Knock. Anyone in there? I've been desperately trying to GET IN (trying to register on the application) for the last three days. Can someone (anyone of the developers) send the OTP.... MANUALLY (if at all its possible and for what it is worth) just for the initial registration process. You see the problem we, the lesser mortals are facing, is that your system doesn't work NOW. It might have worked at the time of app launch. but now, NO. NADA. NULL. VOID.
