Ratings and reviews

While your app is great and all, there should be a way to withdraw from a locked savings plan. Maybe by having to pay a particular amount as penalty fee if the savings gets unlocked before its maturity date. The way you guys are doing it currently is kind of crazy. Also making people relock their savings plan before allowing them to withdraw from it is also insane. And your returns on investment plans also sucks!

The app is clean, beginner-friendly, and makes saving and investing simple. I also appreciate that it offers returns that many banks don't provide to their users The only downside, in my experience, is the withdrawal processing time whenever there's an issue. Waiting 24 hours or more for funds to be processed into my bank account can be frustrating I would suggest reducing this to 1 hour, or at most 5 hours, where possible. Overall, Cowrywise is an amazing app. Keep up the great work🔥❤️.

The app is good and secure, but my biggest issue with it is the high fees they charge for almost everything, including investing and withdrawals. On top of that, transaction processing is quite very slow. Sometimes it takes more than a day just to withdraw money from the app to your bank account, which is very annoying and frustrating.
