Ratings and reviews

While your app is great and all, there should be a way to withdraw from a locked savings plan. Maybe by having to pay a particular amount as penalty fee if the savings gets unlocked before its maturity date. The way you guys are doing it currently is kind of crazy. Also making people relock their savings plan before allowing them to withdraw from it is also insane. And your returns on investment plans also sucks!

Was very skeptical at first, i easily got onboarded than most stockbrokers i had contacted earlier on. Easy to understand, less hassel, and super intuitive. And I'll also like to add that their customer service so far is 👌🏿 I was blown away, first of its kind in Naija that a caseworker was assigned to me (not even my bank provides such). 👍🏿 I can only hope it stays so even if they get bigger.

The App is good, but the charges are getting out of hand, even if I save for emergencies, their charges always reduce my money instead of increasing it. let me say it plainly, the interest you added to it, you've collected it back through the charges. before I can add money, I'll add charges, even when I want to withdraw my money I'll also have to add charges
