Ratings and reviews

While your app is great and all, there should be a way to withdraw from a locked savings plan. Maybe by having to pay a particular amount as penalty fee if the savings gets unlocked before its maturity date. The way you guys are doing it currently is kind of crazy. Also making people relock their savings plan before allowing them to withdraw from it is also insane. And your returns on investment plans also sucks!

I found the app very intrusive. I just downloaded the app recently, and I find the app too sales aggressive for an investment app. That's a big turn-off for me. They want you to put money in the app almost immediately without allowing you the time to have a feel of the application's processes before you conveniently make your decision to invest with them or not. When they make the appropriate changes, I shall be back. For now, I will continue with Bluenest and InvestNaija.

I canceled an order, but I'm yet to receive my funds back, still showing pending after several days, i need my money back. Unnecessary charges, infact, is like we're treading for them, if for instance the profit is 36,000, you hardly get up to 4,000, all the rest goes to charges.
