Ratings and reviews

While your app is great and all, there should be a way to withdraw from a locked savings plan. Maybe by having to pay a particular amount as penalty fee if the savings gets unlocked before its maturity date. The way you guys are doing it currently is kind of crazy. Also making people relock their savings plan before allowing them to withdraw from it is also insane. And your returns on investment plans also sucks!

my experience so far has been great, I have amassed interests I didn't know I could,one thing though,when I try to save sometimes, it doesn't work, it gets reversed, but the charges have already been taken, and my bank charges too is gone,so even if the actual amount is refunded, I already lost like 100 naira, and I tried that like 6 times, before it finally worked.The times I tried it were weekends and early mornings, must it be when it's past 8am I can try to invest or save? asides that, great

If anything went wrong with your transaction, they won't even respond to you o, you will suffer before you get your money back. their customer care service is zero... still battling to get my money back. I cancelled an order and it's over 48 hours now, still showing pending and they won't even respond your message to sort out your issue. Imagine a platform tying down your business money for over 48 hours and no response from them.
