Coyote Rhythm Explorer is an interactive drum sequencer and learning tool for exploring polyrhythms and polymeters.

The Play tab lets you build rhythm patterns with multiple tracks, each at its own step count. A circular ring visualizer shows how the beats interlock in real time. Switch between Polyrhythm mode (all tracks complete in the same time span) and Polymeter mode (same tempo, different lengths). Three drum kits: Acoustic, Hand Percussion, and authentic TR-808.

The Explore tab has curated presets — from classic 3:2 hemiolas to 7:4 patterns and traditional clave rhythms. Tap any to load instantly.

The Learn tab breaks down the theory with interactive mini-visualizers, famous examples, and practical tips.
