I think overall the idea is great and execution isn't bad but it could be better. From a bit of UI editing and including more content with a bit more variety (you have two series in hindi and 1 in English you could have more and then more in different languages). Also building in some sort of interaction between users would be a nice touch.

Honestly it does help, but if I was as desperate as who this app was made for then idk if it would be as helpful. I like the quotes and the counter. Its nice to see how long its been between ejaculations. However I find it lacks a bit of interactivity. I forget sometimes to reset the timer even. I think for peoole who really need support this would need something more immersive and community interactive. Like personal support system where users can log in an share w eachother. Like an AA model.

It's the best app that I've used for tracking progress in the nobeep journey. The developer is very diligent in taking on board feedback to improve the service and cater to the liking of the users. The motivation that the app offers is very encouraging. And one of the coolest and most useful features is that you can include your own relevant videos in the playlist for motivation for when things get challenging. I highly recommend this app for those that are serious about their nobeep journey
