About this app

Lap Timer turns your phone into a track stopwatch. Start your session, put your phone in your pocket or on the mount, and just focus on riding: laps are recorded by GPS, without sensors or transponders.

TRACKS WORLDWIDE
• Over 23,000 circuits for cars, motorcycles, and karts, sorted by distance from you
• Search by name or country code
• For circuits with multiple tracks (e.g., GP and International), choose the configuration: each has separate laps and finish lines.

ACCURATE TIMES EVEN WITH YOUR PHONE'S GPS
• The time of crossing the finish line is interpolated between two GPS readings: the error is a few hundredths instead of up to a second.
• Finish line from the database or set by you on the track with a tap.
• Reverse lap times and laps too close together are ignored.

RACE SCREEN
• Current lap time and speed
• Last lap with gap from the best lap
• Best lap and list of laps with maximum speed
• GPS signal quality (accuracy and frequency)

SAVED SESSIONS
• Each session remains on your phone with the list of laps.

WORKS WHEN THE SCREEN IS OFF
• The stopwatch continues with The screen is off, with a notification always visible until you stop the session.

PRIVACY
• No accounts, no ads, no tracking
• The app doesn't use the Internet: your location and times never leave your phone.
