This app is one of the worst I have ever used. I can barely do anything besides view my shares and customer service has been poorly trained. They have no idea how long it will take for dividends to be issued once bank details are confirmed. Also why did no one tell me the dividends weren't being paid for two years. If I want to buy shares in the future, I will avoid this app like the plague.

The app itself is fine. As for the company, would not recommend. I sold a stock and they sent (next day air at my request and expense) a paper check with the wrong middle initial. On 9/11/26 when I called, they offered to next-day a replacement. It's now 9/15 and all I have is a UPS tracking number. They have not given UPS the check yet, and tell me that direct deposit would take 3 business days. In 2026. They've dropped the ball twice, one would think they could expedite things.

App frequently glitches and doesn't offer basic functionality (can't login, can't submit sell requests, etc) and overall an insane amount of fees to do basic transactions. Really disliked using this platform.
