Cratify is a home inventory app for knowing what you own, where it is, and whose it is. Photograph a shelf and Cratify names each possession on it, files it in the right container, and shares it with your household.
NEW IN CRATIFY: HANDMARKS
Many home inventory apps rely on you buying their QR labels. With Handmarks, whatever is already on a container becomes the code you scan: a strip of tape with a name on it, marker on the cardboard, or a kid's drawing. Photograph it once. After that, point Scan at it and that container opens with everything inside. Labeled more than one side? Add a Handmark for each side. Anyone you share the container with can scan it too.
ONE PHOTO, EVERY POSSESSION NAMED
Point your camera at a shelf, a closet or a garage wall. Multi-Scan finds each possession in the photo, names it and files it in that container, and you can fix any name it got wrong.
SEARCH THAT FINDS IT
Search looks through names, descriptions, categories, tags, containers, rooms, people and collections, forgives typos, and includes possessions your household shares with you. Browse as a list or a grid of big photos.
WHO OWNS WHAT
Every possession can belong to someone in your household, from the kids to the dog. Each person gets a page with what's theirs, and shared possessions always show who owns them.
CONTAINERS INSIDE CONTAINERS
A bin can sit on a shelf, and a shelf in a closet. Open any container to see everything inside it, all the way down, with totals. Own three of the same thing? Set a quantity instead of adding it three times.
ONE LIST, EVERY PLACE
Collections span your rooms, containers and places, so one list covers your holiday decorations, camping gear or record collection, wherever each piece is kept. Heading to the cabin? See what's already there and what's still at home, and check things off as you pack.
QR CODES AND BARCODES
Every possession and container also has its own QR code, which you can print on any printer. Scan it to open it. Scan a product barcode to find the possession it belongs to.

Share locations, rooms and containers with the people you live with, as editors or view-only. Sharing is included on every plan. Get a notification when someone joins your household or shares with you, and pick which reminders you want.
WORKS WITH CLAUDE AND CHATGPT
Connect Claude or ChatGPT to find your possessions and add new ones by chatting. See and disconnect them anytime in Account, under Manage connections.

Save receipts and documents alongside your possessions, pull up just your receipts when you need them, and see totals in the currency you pick. Use it on your phone and on the web.
