Just as useless as their other app. They shouldn't say that these tubs have remote connectivity because it's an outright lie. You'd think that after years of people complaining about these apps (read the comments) and the inability to connect, that Arctic would actually hire a developer to produce something that works. 1-star review is too high, but I can't give zero.

Does not work for wired Ethernet consistently. I pulled IP address from LLP on spa. Cannot connect. Web based access does not work either. I've tried resetting tub several times. Occasionally connects for 5 minutes and then disappears. Was working fine in Dec 2022.

When it works, it's great. So....about 40% of the time. I have serious connection issues often. I absolutely LOVE my spa but this app drives me nuts.
