I purchased the Platinum subscription of this app and have not been able to talk to anyone in 8 hours of waiting... but it's supposed to be unlimited access to human therapists... if I email the support email address nothing happens that helps me.

Nowhere in setting up the app did it mention anything about a 7 day trial. if it had, I would not have wasted my time with it. it's nothing but a scam to get you to either pay $5.99 or $29.99.

Terribly useless app. Kai is the dumbest AI I've ever encountered and the "therapists" are just as useless.
