I love this app. You get to set notifications for so many things if you like. It gives you all sorts of information like how fast you are charging, how many minutes left, battery temp and more. It's basically free with just an occasional ad. It's a great app. Download it yourself and find out.

Nice app. But in the app, battery showing charging, though charger is unplugged. So, developer should focus on it. Another issue is that, low level notification/ alarm doesn't work most often. These problem should be solved with minimal energy cost and device friendly way.
