NourishNote is a simple meal and nutrition tracking app designed for adults.
Log your meals, calories, macronutrients, water intake, recipes, custom foods, body weight check-ins and personal nutrition goals in one place. Create your own food database, organize meals and review nutrition information before saving it.

OPTIONAL AI LABEL READER
NourishNote includes an optional AI label reader that can help extract product details, ingredients and nutrition values from a selected product label photo.
This feature requires your own Ollama API key. Your API key is stored only on your device using encrypted local storage. The developer does not receive, store or log your API key.
When you use the AI label reader, the selected label image and a fixed technical instruction are sent directly from your device to Ollama Cloud for processing. Availability, usage limits and possible costs depend on your own Ollama account.
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect. You must always review and, if necessary, correct all detected values before saving them. Always compare the results with the original product label.
PRIVACY AND LOCAL STORAGE
NourishNote does not require a NourishNote user account. Most app data is stored locally on your device. Saved data and API keys can be deleted from the app settings.
Selected label images leave your device only when you actively use the optional Ollama Cloud AI label reader. The developer does not receive the selected image or the AI response unless you voluntarily send information for support.
