This is the worst id app I have ever come across. They force you to do everything on your smartphone. Even proof of address. Those pdfs are stored on desktop. Getting them onto your phone is a nightmare. On top of that, when you try to upload from your phone it gives you no navigation options, so you can't navigate to your download folder where you downloaded your documents. Terrible product, terrible attitude

The app could have much clearer instructions and it should be obvious much earlier that it is better and easier to download the app from the start than to try to access the service from the link in the email. The link I followed from the email took me to an in unusable page that was not formatted for my phone

Awful. Wildly unhelpful about what to provide. Can't select documents from cloud storage locations. The option to provide my passport completely disappeared, couldn't even choose to upload it despite wanting to. Horrible UI. Entirely blank page the first time I opened it. Roll on government ID to get rid of these horrible apps.
