Ratings and reviews

Overall, not professional enough. Credas starts ok, with passport verification, but towards the end this system asks you to provide several documents that hardly anyone has at hand (proof of property ownership, etc.). So you start searching for these documents, and by the time you finally have all of them together, Credas kicks you out and you can start the identification process again from the very beginning! No automatic saving, no outline of what you need at the beginning.

Easy to verify ID, awful for verifying funds. Couldn't use open banking as it crashed and lost my progress. Ended up filling in the same information 6 times as it kept losing my files. Won't let you say funding is from two different people. Have to upload a bank statement showing a gift has been transferred, no allowance for the fact the gift might not yet have been transferred.

Awful. Took me 15 attempts in total. Deeply frustrating. Not fit for purpose. Constantly re-setting. I asked the firm several times over the past 2 weeks if something else could be used but unfortunately this utter shambles of an app was my only option.
