I must say that this has been one of the most frustrating verification experiences I have encountered. The system is poorly designed, repeatedly logs users out, loses previously entered information, and forces the same details to be entered multiple times. I have spent almost half a day on what should have been a straightforward verification process, representing a significant waste of my productive time. I came close to abandoning the process several times due to how exhausting and inefficient

So it was difficult to scan my passport. The capture button is next to Google assistant and it just kept firing that instead of the scan. I eventually found a work around but it took me far too long messing around

Easy to use it takes you step by step throughout the process. A little difficult to do was to take the selfie without my glasses because I had to guess where the vertical and horizontal lines were.
