Seemed to fail on uploading NFC info from passport but when I returned to app all was ticked with no request to do anything more. tried a few times. estate agent said they had not received my authorisation. went back in to the app, now several days later, and all was still ticked but there was a new box to "submit". pressed that and was told I was done. hopefully this time it will be!

This is the worst. Easy to start the process but I have no idea if the process was completed successfully. The app automatically took the photo of the id but took ages to do so. Was the graphic that spiralled on to the screen meant to be the guide for positioning? If so it disappeared almost immediately. I tried the process a few times to check if there would be a final screen to say thank you for using the app so I would know it was the end. Very frustrating. Please, please, please improve this

It did what I need it to, bit it's a bit of a pointless app really. It took me longer to download, install and then delete it than it did to use it. Credas gives you the option to use the web browser, but conveniently it didn't work for me, forcing me to give them another download. It's not a commonly used enough app to be worth keeping. 85mb of data wasted.
