wouldn't scan passport.. maybe an issue on my device or passport, but if so they should display helpful error message, and explain alternatives or suggested troubleshooting steps, not just have a endless loading wheel with no troubleshooting instructions. An extremely frustrating evening.

Great idea, however.... 1) doesn't send any email confirmation that you've submitted the information required correctly. That would have given me confidence that the system worked. 2) passport scanning - you may need to attempt this a couple of times 3) you cannot save progress, if you realise you've not got a document attachment available in your phone you can only go out of app and sort out....and then restart 4) the list of acceptable id/address docs should be accessible within the app

practically impossible to use successfully. I managed to get to the proof of address . But typically for Samsung, screen disappeared, this would not have happened had I been able to download proof of address from my cloud but there is no option for this. anyway went back in to start again, I don't know what is different this time but it is just NOT POSSIBLE TO ALIGN THE PASSPORT PHOTO WITH THE SCREEN. Gave up, wasted enough time on poor app which I dont have much of at my age
