I don't expect the app to be "perfect" being new but I see only 2 things lacking at this moment which are scheduled payments (not autopay scheduled) and full transaction history. Other than this, the app is good so far for what I need it for. I haven't tried making a payment with the app yet so I'm not sure of any issues there. To those wanting to log in with fingerprint or face, make sure it's on in your settings when you log in the app. Tap log in with fingerprint next time and it should work.

I downloaded the app the other day when I found out about it. I'm just now opening it and trying to get in, well, needless to say I can't get past the "I agree" statement because it's not letting me tap the box to check it. So unless this is fixed, I will be uninstalling the app. IF this is fixed, I'll update my rating status. Update: when I got to the page about tapping the box to agreement it frozen and wouldn't allow me to scroll or tap, because I did try that and it wouldn't work. It works

I don't good credit history by far and Credit Acceptance approved me to purchase a car and I have not regrets for one single second. This company is soooo easy to work with and they are fantastic about understanding issues that may come up causing me to not be able to make a full payment or not being able to make a payment at all, but as long as you keep them informed, they have been amazing!!!! I would highly recommend using Credit Acceptance!!!!
