I pay $24.99 a month but it does not update like it should and I've had to update with the extra $10 each time so I'm gonna cancel my sub. Also there is nowhere to unsubscribe not in the playstore or the app. They also don't really make it easy to reach someone for issues.

I added $100 to my card 2 days before my auto payment if $100 was set to happen. The only transaction they acknowledge was the auto draft for $100 on the 1st of Dec. I added money on the 28th of Nov. as well. I sent them screen shots proving this and they said they would send it to an investigation team. I called my bank, got the trans. from the 28th reversed. CS took my acct -$100 for the trans they say they had no record of. So when my trans for the 1st posted they put my acct to $0. Robbed

Regular service is good, or it was. Sesame $ & credit build acc. Lowered my credit at every turn!! 1st did hard check when says it won't. Then wouldnt give me my earned cash back. Tried to add more $$ & they said attempted fraudulent charge & locked account never let me know who or what charge was. For months the Xtra $ didn't show up on useage reports. Closed it w/o tell me w/o send my $ back. Hours & months wasted. Never helped my credit. Plus almost impossible to get $ out of account.
