'Large Print News' is a senior-tailored news app that neatly organizes and displays only the 8 news items most frequently viewed by seniors. It is designed so that today's important news appears in large font as soon as you open the app, while complex menus and distracting elements have been minimized.
■ Adjust font size in 3 levels
Press the 'Font Size' button at the bottom of the screen to cycle through Normal → Large → Very Large. The current level is indicated by text on the button, so you won't get confused. Not only does the list size increase, but the main body of an article also expands to the same size when opened. Once set, the size remains the same the next time you open the app.
■ Read articles aloud
Press the 'Read Aloud' button to have your phone read the news aloud. On the list screen, it reads the article titles sequentially from top to bottom, and the article you are currently reading is displayed on the screen as it automatically scrolls down. If you open an article and tap it, it reads the entire body of the text aloud. This is much more convenient than simply increasing the font size when your eyesight is poor. To stop, simply press the same button again.
■ Only the essential buttons at the bottom of the screen
There are only four: Home, Font Size, Read Aloud, and Back to Top. The names are written in Korean below the icons so you can immediately identify which button to press. If you are scrolling down reading an article and press 'Back to Top,' it will return you to the beginning.
■ No ads to distract you
We have filtered out pop-up ads that appear while reading articles, ensuring they do not interfere with your reading.
