Worst Application ever, Dead response, Crashes anytime, could not process for Bid even after the application was shortlisted. No response from support service

kind a even worst app, bug everywhere, lagging everywhere, always error and the fact is this app is the key app for people salary.

I received approval for two bid confirmation for two different jobs, but the app doesn't show any way to submit the requested consent letter. Please fix it. My experience with the app has been good, but if you cannot close a real opportunity to find a job, the app deserves just 1 star. I sent a support request to the responsible team but I didn't received a response from them.
