About this app

Follow workouts crafted by world-class climbers and coaches, Tom Randall and Ollie Torr of Lattice Training. Each workout is tailored to help climbers improve their Endurance, power endurance, strength & power, and conditioning & mobility.

Interactive workouts take you step-by-step through the exercises of each workout. The built-in timer is designed specifically for climbing workouts, like hangboarding and interval circuits.

Keep track of the workouts you've completed with the click of a button, Crimpd automatically calculates the workload of each workout. Visualize your progress using Crimpd's built-in analytics.

With Crimpd+ you get access to a custom training plan builder with over 15 pre-built Skill Templates designed to help you bootstrap your climbing training.

Training plans created by Lattice Training coaches are now directly integrated in Crimpd.

Payments for Crimpd+ will be charged on a recurring monthly basis to your Apple ID account. Your monthly subscription automatically renews unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. No refunds or credits for partial months. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Access to Crimpd+ will continue through the month of your current subscription.

Slowness and locking up is very aggravating. I am monthly subscriber ($13/month) to be able to use the training plans in the app, and find them absolutely essential to track and time my training. The free version was amazing, and the subscription provides capability light years ahead of other training apps for any sport... However, the slowness and crashing on a daily basis in the Training Plan section of the app constantly has me wondering if there is any kind of alternative.

I love the app and the many free workouts. I've used it for 2 months and have seen a real benefit. I would like to be able to pay a *small* fee for access to all the workouts, but there don't seem to be any options between free and out-of-the-question expensive. I just use notes to record the exact weight or % of body weight I am using, because the free section of the app is limited to only certain weights and % workouts. I'd pay a few bucks/month to avoid that hassle. Edit: Crimpd+ !! Yeah!!!

Love it. There is a learning curve initially. When I became more acquainted with the workouts the app became much easier to use. I enjoy seeing the analytics and where my time and energy is going. I wish there were some examples of analytics for beginner, intermediate, and advanced climbers. Then I would have some idea of how much time I should spend on different workouts. This could act as a benchmark for reaching training goals. Keep up the great work.
