Ratings and reviews

Very difficulty to sign in into the mobile, (what is the necessity of otp every time while login in the own mobile), most of the times showing wrong creditials even entering correct password. Forgot password option should be available in the mobile app. Unfortunately there is no alternative for running staff to check sign on and sign off details.

there was no need of otp for logging in. several times a day it is logging off. frequently required tabs like crew status, availability, booking in TA may be kept in a single row. Also slot hours ( cre working hours) must be shown updated at real time but not in the next day. duty time should be shown from sign on to sign off only but not of break duty or last duty.

After update app doesn't work properly. Each time it logout Automatically and needs login again & again. OTP not came on time to Login & Sometimes it hangs and does not give any response. Worst Version of this App. No need of changing interface, only the thing need is to make sure it works properly. Please Fix it.
