The guitar: very nice quality, simple to put together but the instructions, I will admit were a little crammed together and made for a little bit more time setting it up than I would've like to spend on it. The App: At first was a NIGHTMARE. After HOURS of looking up reddit pages, reviews, ect. Finally found a solution after uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and using my laptop, I was able to update the firmware. I was finally able to change the RGB lighting, ect. Love it!

Sometimes the app opens up, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes I can change some settings on my controllers, sometimes it saves those settings and sometimes it doesn't save them. Sometimes I can connect my controller to my phone, sometimes the app won't recognize the controller is connected. This is, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had with any controller. You're better off buying any other controller that doesn't need a 3rd party app. Ridiculous.

****UPDATE**** I got it working and firmware is up to date. I have a habit of putting my Switch on airplane mode, after cutting it off it worked out fine, user error. Also I view the video stating it needed to be plugged in. So I added a star, would have been 2, but still has a habit of crashing every once and a while. Besides that, good app!
