About this app

cronoWiz is a private, local-first fitness app for planning, tracking and understanding your training without handing your data to a platform.

No account. No cloud fitness profile. No ads. No third-party analytics SDKs. Your workouts, routes, readiness, progress and settings stay on your device unless you choose to export, share or connect them.

Train strength, cardio and everyday fitness with tools designed to be useful before, during and after each session.

What you can do with cronoWiz:

• Build and run strength workouts with sets, reps, rest timers and notes
• Track outdoor runs and treadmill sessions with pace, distance, time and calories
• Use compatible Bluetooth heart-rate sensors and FTMS fitness equipment where supported
• Monitor training load, readiness and recent effort trends
• Log weight, hydration and other fitness metrics
• Use built-in calculators for BMI, calories, pace, heart-rate zones, plates and more
• Plan routes, import/export GPX files and review your sessions
• Export encrypted backups that you control

Companion and challenge features:
• Run live with a friend using LiveRoom
• Compare pace, distance and cadence while both of you are moving
• Race against a past session with ghost runs
• Share workouts, routes and challenges with portable files
• Keep competition direct, practical and private, without public leaderboards or social feeds

TV Hub mode:
Turn a TV, tablet or second screen into a training hub. Your phone stays in control while the larger screen shows workout information, cardio views, videos or immersive 3D training scenarios. It is useful for treadmill sessions, indoor training and living-room workouts.

Pose detection and form checks:
Where supported, cronoWiz can use your device camera for on-device movement analysis. Pose detection can help count reps, check form and provide general feedback for exercises such as squats, push-ups and planks. Camera frames are processed on your device and are not uploaded to cronoWiz servers.

cronoWiz also includes experimental features such as camera-based HRV measurements, immersive 3D cardio worlds, gamified progress, procedural music and an on-device AI coach where supported by your device.

Privacy is part of the product, not an afterthought.

Your training diary, routes, health metrics, preferences and progress are stored locally. cronoWiz does not require a user account and does not upload your workout history to a central fitness profile. When you export a backup, it is encrypted on your device before it leaves the app.

cronoWiz is built for people who want useful training software without advertising profiles, unnecessary data collection or platform lock-in.

Important health notice:
cronoWiz provides general fitness information and training support. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a training program, especially if you have medical conditions, are pregnant, take medication or have concerns about your health. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, irregular heartbeat or unusual discomfort.

What’s new

the HR chart is now always visible in strength session details with a measured/estimated pill, and HR estimation in the backup was fixed (backfill, all-zeros curve, and per-sex Banister calculation). In parallel, a link to the Reddit community (r/cronowiz) was added to the About card in settings.
