About this app

■ Record your training with the fewest taps
Easily record weight, reps, and sets for each exercise. Copy previous records with a single tap, minimizing the need for repeated input. You can also set weight adjustment ranges (e.g., ±2.5kg) for each exercise.

■ Superset Mode
Record two consecutive exercises in a single round with one button, maintaining your tempo.

■ Previous Comparison & Recommended Weight
Display your previous performance on the set recording screen and suggest a recommended weight for your next set. You can also check your estimated maximum lifting weight using RM conversion (estimated 1RM), and a trophy is automatically awarded for personal best sets.

■ Statistics & Analysis
Summarize training days, total sets, and total lifting weight for this week, month, and three months. See month-on-month changes at a glance. Drill down to breakdowns by body part (sorted by number of sets), and then to the number of days, sets, and total weight for each exercise.

■ Calendar
Visualize your training days on a calendar. Color-coded markers for each body part allow you to easily see any imbalances in volume.

■ Weight, Body Fat, and Calorie Management
Record weight, body fat percentage, and calorie intake. Track changes with trend graphs (1 month to 1 year) and highlights/differences. Easy input with the ability to fine-tune based on the previous day's values.

■ Record Changes with Body Shape Photos (New Feature)
Record front, side, and back body shape photos and easily compare them with past photos by swiping up or down. Photos are automatically compressed to save device storage, and your weight and body fat percentage for the day are displayed together. You can also register photos from past days.

■ COACH MAX (New Feature)
Five unique coaches will encourage you every time you record a set. Choose from four display sizes, from small to full screen (can also be turned off).

■ Music Control
Control your music without leaving the app. Focus on your training.

■ Backup & Restore
Data can be exported/imported in JSON format. Worry-free when changing devices.
