lost the charger for my f-series and emailed customer service. spoke with Edward and after a few details sent me a new charger. customer service done right. well done.

Pheonominal After Sales Services : I bought this watch on an international flight and shortly thereafter misplaced the charger and the purchase documentation. I sent a mail to @customerservices and within 24 hours had a response, and within 1 week a replacement charger in my hand, free of charge ! A couple of month later the watch froze during an software update. Customer services were online immediately and the matter was resolved with a replacement watch, no quibble. Top marks, truelly
