Mediocre at best. The app functions as advertised, for the most part. Doesn't fly sync with contacts, so picking favorite contacts to load to my watch doesn't offer all the ones I want. My biggest gripe is that the whole app seems to reset itself (and my watch) about once a month. I lose my arrangement of favorite apps, my list of favorite contacts, my custom watch faces, and even my heart monitor options turn off. No point in setting up custom options if you're going to lose them? 3x so far!

App's water reminders don't trigger. It disconnects from the watch at least once a day. It also fixates on a normal sleep schedule, not allowing you to set when you go to bed/sleep. I work the night shift and don't get to sleep until well past 8AM. It's constantly gives me low sleep scores which is super a annoying.

Sometimes it works as it should... other times... not so much. First couple days it was super. Then it apparently needed a rest. *Locks the numbers in and the app/watch kinda' needs to be restarted to remeasure. The watch was inexpensive, but I'm probably going back to my old Fitbit so I get some accuracy. As my mom always said "You get what you pay for."
