The app will delete an entire day's data for sleep, heart rate, etc. quite often, and sleep data is incredibly inaccurate. what's infuriating is that there is NO WAY to dispute, correct, or report these inaccuracies. no customer service number or "send feedback" option. step count & workout measuring seems ok so far, and I myself write down that information elsewhere so that I still have it when the app decides to delete it. You have to decide if the approximate $60 is worth those features.

I received my ring today and it beautiful and fits perfectly. But unfortunately I'm going to return it because the app has a weight limit on it. It will not allow you to set your weight in it if you weighing more the 330 lbs. I will be returning this one and going with another brand which has no weight restrictions in there app. Please do better with this app and make it to where people can just type in there weight.

This app has been very inconsistent. It worked reasonably well for a few months, but then began deleting data,especially sleep data. The sleep tracking itself wasn’t very accurate, although seeing metrics like average heart rate was nice. Unfortunately, the sleep duration was consistently off, so I couldn’t rely on it. More recently, the app stopped saving data altogether won't even open anymore! This renders the ring useless after just 3 months! stay far away as their is not AP support at all!!
