I love this ring, but unfortunately, after less than 2 weeks, the app and my phone aren't communicating. I've rebooted the phone, turned the ring off and back on, and Uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. I charged the ring all day, and it still won't pair. My return window expired five days ago. I guess I paid for one month of service. very very disappointed. So far, I can't seem to get any tech support. I will gladly update this review if I get through to the company and can connect

Looks well made and packaged. App is well set up and easy to use BUT Bluetooth connection drops out if more than a metre or two away and very difficult to reconnect. Also, readings take a long time and are not very accurate (particularly blood oxygen). Disappointing but I guess you get what you pay for.

Ring and app working great for a few weeks now with no issues, apart from when using the GPS Cycling, when completed ride and finish the workout it shows the correct mileage, time etc. but when I end the workout, the data changes to about a third of the recorded ride. Must be a bug which I hope gets resolved.
