I love the look of it and the idea of it. Every time I log a workout it looks great until I finish the workout and it drops it or says I've worked out for 1 minute!? It really needs the ability to correct or manually input workouts. The app needs some real upgrades for this reason. Also I don't think its sleep function is accurate. Sitting and reading is not sleeping. At this point it's mostly just a pretty step counter.

I love this ring, but unfortunately, after less than 2 weeks, the app and my phone aren't communicating. I've rebooted the phone, turned the ring off and back on, and Uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. I charged the ring all day, and it still won't pair. My return window expired five days ago. I guess I paid for one month of service. very very disappointed. So far, I can't seem to get any tech support. I will gladly update this review if I get through to the company and can connect

I use that app before and I LOVE IT! Now I decided to get bigger ring size it didn't connect. I uninstalled app after that, the app does not cooperate. It opens for 1 second and shuts again. Any suggestions? Would love to get back on using it with my new ring 😢🙏
