Where it really counts, this app and the smart watch it supports, the HAVIT M9036, fail big time. The step count lags and is inaccurate, so for fitness tracking, it is useless. I don't know if it is a software or hardware issue. I had a good experience with the HAVIT M9006, so I thought this would be an upgrade. I was wrong and regret the purchase.

I have a Havit H1105 lady's watch my mother in law got me to help track my heart issues, and this darn app always says "select your smartwatch in the petition list" but never gives me a list then it says "Did not find the smartwatch. Touch the screen to rescan." I don't care what I do, it never finds my watch. Yet I downloaded another app/ different app from another company and it finds it in seconds!!!!! And yes I have repeatedly tried coming back to this app and it's always the same result!!!!

Its very simple and in my opinion your watches have excellent hardware but the software is very lower than the hardware I know this models are old. But Im respectfully asking from you to release an update and use all their hardware power. Thanks
