By downloading the application on your cell phone, you can enjoy countless functions.
The main functions are:
1) Call, text message and social message notifications (if active, permissions will be asked): answer calls directly from your smartwatch (feature not available for the Active version smartwatch), view all your messages from instant messaging apps and emails, and see social notifications;
2) Manage and monitor all your daily activities: steps, calories, sleep monitor, and lots of other information. Keep track of your workout route through a GPS that works combined with your smartphone. The smartwatch can record the amount and quality of sleep divided into deep and light sleep;
3) Monitor your heart rate in real time: measure the number of your heartbeats per minute
