This app is unstable. It will tells you you are using invalid log in information yet when I go to their website and use the same information the program works. And then there's times when I've gone to their website & tried to login and that returns errors but when I go back to the app it works. It seems there login technology is a mess. This is an app & site which requires it to work when needed for obvious reasons. Is unstable both sides, app & site. 1 day, 1 works, another day the other works.

It seems that if you write a review saying the app does not start up, (communication error) that CSID will do something and fix your login ability. Of course I don't see any replies from customers saying that it was fixed, so I think my plan may backfire. Don't know if CSID is a contractor or part of Experian, but it sure is surprising that a company whose business is based on trust would not have pulled the mobile app or fixed the issue by now. FYI, Uninstalled and reinstalled app today. No Joy.

Couldn't sign in. Paid for this through TurboTax and I get emails but I have to sign in using credentials to view reports. Thought it would be easier to have an app with easier biometric login to view reports. Didn't work
