This app is terrible. The upgrade made it run better, but it isn't helpful. All the new login whistles do t make this better. No general customer service info, nothing about locations, hours, etc. Not even links to those places on the website. I am always so frustrated trying to use it I just go to the branch. Look at what BANKS are doing and try that.

This is one of the worst banking apps I've ever experienced! If there were a ZERO rating, that's what I would rate it! No clear link availability; no way of filtering what you want to find inside of app (by transaction or retailer, etc); very unfriendly user interface! I prefer the old apps looks & COLORS & LINKS. These colors are muted & terribly hard to see. Looks like a beta & unfinished app.

I liked the older app better but this on is ok. When transferring over it took out my people to pay, we had to find all their information all over again. It's also a bit tricky to get to some of the things u want. I also put on a low funds alert, it was nice but with every transaction it saids low funds. I know it's not. I'm also having a problem using my credit card now, none of the transactions will take it, and I have way more then enough money.
