This app is unstable. It will tells you you are using invalid log in information yet when I go to their website and use the same information the program works. And then there's times when I've gone to their website & tried to login and that returns errors but when I go back to the app it works. It seems there login technology is a mess. This is an app & site which requires it to work when needed for obvious reasons. Is unstable both sides, app & site. 1 day, 1 works, another day the other works.

App works ok once I get logged in, but I have to enter my login ID and password every time. Biometrics is set-up, but that doesn't work either. It gets annoying to have to enter login information every time. That is my only complaint.

Horrible app and service. When it did work it was very basic like a website from 1990. Now it wont work at all. Communication error. If this wasnt free from Equifax I would never pay a cent for this service or trust it. If they cant get a simple app to work right, can you really rely on them for the rest?
