Stay away from this app. There's something funny with it. EVERY TIME I log in, it makes me enter a code via text; no matter how many times I check mark the "remember this device," it still asks. After it asked the 4th time (ON THE SAME DAY!), my account mysteriously got charged $49.99 seven times. Stay away from the app and this POS bank. It WAS NOT easy to get it back and back charge like it is with Wells, One Pay, BOA, and Capital One; pretty much any other bank.

I hate this new app. In the old app, you could see when your paychecks or money coming into the account would be available. Now you can't see that info until it has already cleared the account. The app takes forever to get into unless you have a fingerprint scanner. The app is slow to update money in and out and doesn't update at all on the weekends.

It's been a week and my wife and i can't access our bank accounts since this app was updated/took over. The phone number does not work and customer service has not gotten back to either of us. I will be considering moving banks if this doesn't get resolved soon.
