Horrible app!! I can never log in. Tells me my password and user name is wrong. Went to the bank and I was using the correct information. I wish it was like the Chase app. Might switch banks if they don't fix it.

This app is constantly screwing me over! Every month it tells me that my password has expired and I need to change it. Well when I enter my old password and my new password. it always says my old password is incorrect. I think I would know what my old password is. This happens everytime! I AM getting sick and tired of having to call the bank and make myself sound like an idiot because this is happening! I DEMAND THIS GETS FIXED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

ok, its constantly telling me to update my password once I try it gives me the run around saying my password is incorrect. it also tells me the answers to my security questions are incorrect . in order to get into my account I have to physically go into the bank and ask them to reset everything for me. Its very frustrating because I have a hectic work schedule which dont allow me time to go into the bank. Once reset the app works great.
