this bank and this app both suck. it asks for a verification code and rarely sends the text. it says it uses some third party app to authenticate but provides no info on how to link the account. everything about this bank is awful. their app is the worst possible banking app. go somewhere else. anywhere else.

Doesn't even let me sign in with current username/password. When I go to change my password it says an error occurred. It has always been such a pain to access online banking through CSB and I guess even a new app couldn't fix that

absolute garbage! I really get sick of not being able to access my accounts when I need to. the app works when it wants to not when you need it to. seriously thinking about changing banks because of this trash app!
