Relocating to New Orleans after Ida means I no longer have access to branch. I am so glad to still be there. SLB had shown me how attentive they are to potential scams, etc. A strange transaction was caught and my account protected before I was even aware. This app makes it possible to maintain my relationship with my South Terrebonne branch and to continue to feel that my little working gal account is looked out for just like the big dawgs. I'm very thankful for that.

It say I have the wrong password, when I don't . And when I use my pin paying with my card, it should clear right there, but it takes days to clear ???

App is ok, not my issue. But why take away ATM deposits. Not everyone is available during banking hours
