Just ok but got my and went somewhere else. At least when they say they say they will they do. No false promises. I only found 1 that was Boynton and And he knows who it is. I wish the bank good luck but don't say it will be done and it's not than don't call like they said and that is not my liking at all.

Very personable, you feel known and not like you are just another number to this bank

This is not only a great app, but it is part of a great bank! Every time I have a problem customer service is always there to help me out with a cheery disposition. The only downside I can think of is there aren't more banks like this one.
