Since the new update it won't let me log in iv also Uninstalled and reinstalled it and then tells me my user ID and password don't match even though none of that has changed I tried to reset my password and it comes up with an error

This app asks me for my username and password and once I log in it just takes me to another page where I must log in again. PLEASE CHANGE TO ALLOW PIN PASSWORD/ FINGERPRINT / IRIS
